drdds.ai (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides artificial intelligence (AI) tools and conversational agents for dental professionals. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our services.

We value your privacy and configure our AI technologies to avoid storing personal, patient, or confidential information. Our systems are designed to demonstrate and support AI capabilities for the dental industry without handling or retaining Protected Health Information (PHI).

2. Information We Collect

We collect only minimal information necessary for website operation or voluntary contact:

  • Practice or business contact details if you fill out a form.

  • Text or audio inputs used to test our AI agents.

Inputs are handled in non-persistent sessions and are never used for model training or analytics.

3. Zero-PII Retention Mode

Our AI workflows are configured with Zero-PII Retention using providers such as ElevenLabs and OpenAI. This configuration means: Transcripts, inputs, and generated responses are not stored or logged. No data is retained for model improvement or training. All content is processed ephemerally and deleted automatically once the interaction ends. If optional data collection is required (for analytics or improvement), it is performed separately using de-identified and non-personal information.

3. Zero-PII Retention Mode

drdds.ai is designed for HIPAA alignment by avoiding PHI entirely. We do not receive, maintain, or transmit PHI. We are not a HIPAA Business Associate because no identifiable patient data is processed. Clients are responsible for ensuring that any data they input is non-identifiable and complies with HIPAA requirements. Our Zero-PII workflow is an additional safeguard that ensures transcripts and audio are never retained or reused.

5. Security Measures

  • Encrypted (HTTPS/TLS) connections for all communications.

  • Secure cloud configurations and access controls.

  • Automatic deletion of ephemeral data after processing.

6. Cookies and Analytics

We may use simple, non-tracking cookies to maintain website performance or improve the user experience. No personal or health-related data is stored.

7. User Choices and Contact

8. Policy Updates
